Volunteer Your Time

Auction: The Auction Committee is a Sub-committee of Fundraising. Auction is the largest fundraiser of the year and volunteers are needed in any capacity to assist with acquisitions, logistics, marketing and more. To volunteer to help with this great fundraising event, contact Jenny Cox at 303-475-7239 or jennylcox@msn.com.

Cookbook: This is a new fundraiser in 2011-2012. The Cookbook Sub-committee is responsible for organizing the cookbook recipe collections, sales and distributing the final product. If you have a passion for cooking, this may be the committee for you! Join the Committee

Direct Giving: The Direct Giving Committee is responsible for organizing the Direct Giving Parties, which kick-off our fundraising efforts for the year. This involves creating a party calendar, recruiting hosts, coordinating party details and collecting donations. The committee forms early in the year as Direct Giving season is August and September. Join the Committee

Spirit Wear: The Spirit Wear Committee is a Sub-committee of Fundraising. This Committee works with the vendor to create Bill Roberts Spirit Wear. Order forms are distributed by the Committee 2-3 times per year and they ensure that orders are correctly filled and distributed to the purchasers. Join the Committee

Sponsorship: The Sponsorship Committee is responsible for soliciting and securing school sponsors. This Committee creates sponsorship packages, acts as the sponsor liaison between the PTA and Fundraising, manages the sponsor advertising submissions and keeps the sponsors happy!
